I like a lot of the things you write on, but a lot of them are plain wrong, bartenders are there to be more than just a tool that gives us drinks the way they want to. And you are right, Miami clubs and bars are awesome but you have to recognize nobody cares about the DJ’s or music played, even if a good DJ shows up they play for Miami Beach, which is cheesy miami beach music, and that is the thing that i hate because of the douchebagery that the “Miami Beach” concept comes with.

Very interesting post. While I admire the diversity of this wonderful country and the many cultures. I must say it is a shame when you have to literally learn another language to order a sandwich in your own country. Here is a novel idea when going to a French resturant order in French…when going to an German resturant lets order in German…or if you prefer Kosher lets order in Yiddish…hummm
